Work hard, play harder..

It’s amazing how simple play equipment have the ability to lift my spirits in ways I cannot even begin to describe! But first things first, today marked my first day at my new school and boy was I excited! For the first time in a long time I went to bed last night at 8.30pm and was up at 6.00am, not because I was required to wake up that early but because all I wanted was to set foot in my new school and see what surprises it held for me. Which leaves me wondering why some kids were making a fuss when their parents bid them goodbye. Sigh.

Over the weekend, mummy was away and I had the rare opportunity to be spoilt rotten by my dad. We broke most if not all of mummy’s rules which mainly revolve around healthy eating. Anyway, back to my love for playing, we visited this delightful little place called The Abor that serves as a restaurant, garden and interior decor store after hearing such good reviews about their food from mummy’s friend who is a food blogger (check her review on The Abor on cupcakestocurries). I don’t know why all that seemed to excite the grownups was the food because for me, this endearing wooden swing that sat in the middle of the garden is where I wanted to be for the rest of my life. I bet the smile on my face tells as much.
I hope you enjoy the photos! Also, check out my you tube page to see my bestie and I rocking some of our dance moves. Trust me, it’s pretty hilarious.
