Think Pink

Midterm is over and as much as I looked forward to going back to school, I went down with a stomach flu and have been home bound all week long. The doctor said I could have gotten the infection from something I ate, but also by not observing proper hygiene.

Guys, remember to always wash your hands after using the washroom, before and after eating, and avoid sticking your fingers in the mouth! I have learnt my lesson the hard way.
October is almost coming to an end and it would be a great injustice not to mention breast cancer awareness . To all you ladies out there, please make a point of getting screened. Woolworth has been offering free breast cancer screening for the month of October. I know we love doing things the last minute so worry not, there’s still two more days left in the month. My mommy and some of her friends will be heading over there on Saturday and as usual I will be in tow.
Love, Lil’missbelle.

Oops! Guys, just called Woolworths and they said the Kenyatta Hospital team won’t be coming this Saturday π Apparently last Saturday was the last day. Sad coz we had been informed they would be there this Saturday. So sorry for this mix up but I do hope you can make your way to any other health centre.
Quick recovery sweetheart and thanks for the update.
That’s what I’m here for dear, most welcome. Thank you for the well wishes.
Sorry dear. hope you feel better soon. I bet the candy helps put a smile on your face. π
Did not know about Woolworth giving a free screening. Imma get it done today…
This shoot was from last week dear, I can hardly afford to smile for the camera now but getting better. As for the screening,I doubt there’s one today at Woolworths but I’m sure they’ll be doing it tomorrow, so maybe plan for tomorrow or visit another centre today, if you must do it today.
Which hospital are they partnering with? And which Woolworth is offering the scanning tomorrow? They haven’t posted it on their website
They are partnering with Kenyatta Hospital in all the Woolworths outlets, it was on their Facebook page.
