Toto Wraps- A Mother’s Treasure

It is 6.00am and I am at JKIA waiting to board a flight to Mombasa for a work event that takes place in the evening. I hope to publish this post before the flight takes off because once I get to the coast I will disappear into my books until 6.00pm, just in time for the event.
I have CFA exams in the next four weeks. If you don’t know how torturous CFA exams are, just think of it as something you would wish upon your worst enemy. Like someone who has been taking you round in circles over your cash. Or someone who knew you were crushing on another person but went ahead to make a move on them. CFA takes away your heart and soul, your family and friends. If you have a boyfriend who sticks by you through CFA, marry him. CFA has been known to break relationships, even marriages. Heck it takes you from you. CFA is an exam invented by someone without a heart. A sadist.
Why am I telling you this? For the next four weeks, my blog features will be pithy if at all I post anything. Think of my blogging time as the 15 minute break I will be seeking after reading for 6 hours non-stop. And without further ado (God why do people use such phrases? I couldn’t help it hehe), let’s get down to today’s post.
If you ever travel with a child below 2 years of age, you cannot afford to not have a Baby Carrier.
I have been preaching the gospel according to Toto Wraps for too long for obvious reasons. Last weekend, this gem got me pushing the trolley at the airport with ease as my baby was safely latched on my front. Whenever I did chores around the house, went for a walk on the golf course or at the beach (on our last day at Yuls en-route to Nairobi), the carrier came in handy. It is firm, comfortable, child sits snugly and easily doses off, fabric is downy and most importantly, it is very easy to use. Also, I love how creative Toto Wraps designs are which makes for a great fashion statement!
The brown carrier was perfect for use while doing chores around the house as it seldom attracted dirt and when it got dirty, it didn’t show easily. While I spilled tea and Xia smeared butter from her bread on it, it only took a quick dab with a wet face towel to get rid of the stains. The green one was fancier and I envisioned myself carrying Xia in it while donning a glamorous outfit to an elegant event. If you want to see more of Toto Wraps offering, check out our campaign done last year dubbed 5o days of Kenyan Kids fashion where we ran comprehensive reviews on the wraps, slings and carriers.

P.S. Don’t mind my swollen face. Happens every time I am at the coast because of the heat. Or maybe that’s just how I wake up every morning. I guess you will never know hehe
